Feng Shui Mirror

A mirror can have several uses in the practice of feng shui. Mirrors can open up confined spaces, making small spaces seem larger. Mirrors can also provide a missing line of site, for example a person sitting at their desk should be able to see the main entrance of the room, if they can’t a mirror can be used to establish that view.

In feng shui a mirror at the end of a hallway can eliminate a “dead end.” They reflect light and brighten up spaces. Bringing more light to an area can increase positive energy flow.

Placing mirrors opposite of a window can help bring the outside in. There is one caution with the use of mirrors however. Mirrors should not be placed at the foot of the bed, not only can they cause restlessness by causing the energy to bounce around but the also encourage bringing a third party into the relationship- meaning infidelity.
